Federal Contract Spending Down in 2014

Federal contract spending was down by 3.1% in 2014, according to an annual study recently released by Bloomberg Government. But while this might at first suggest bad news for federal contractors, new patterns in government spending may provide the benefit of additional stability for federal contractors, according to the study.
